Very well made (as usual from you guys), but I think it's a bit too serious for this particular story arc. Needs more humor and less "conspiracy" and "man behind the curtain" style twists.

YES! Good job guys! Quality work as usual. I was hoping we'd stay away from the espionage/organized crime scene... but this is my favorite submission to this story so far.

Definitely the best made out of the bunch, but that's not saying much. Made me a little frustrated to see the story go in this direction. Try to work on the originality aspects of your storytelling.

Jbradbury's film-making and acting values are head and shoulders above the rest of the group. On paper, it looks like he changed the story from comedy to drama, but if you look closely, you can see a joke on the whole espionage genre. The bad accent by the mayor, the poorly made notebook prop... I thought this was funnier than any of the other 'straight played' comedy submissions.

A little too much, but a fine production.

Is it wrong to want the mayor to have a white cat like Claw from Inspector Gadget?

And Dr. Evil from Austin Powers? And Ernest Blofeld from James Bond?

I agree with the majority of sentiments. A good, classy submission, but the story twist to conspiracy/mafia is getting to be the Rootclip standby. I'm not quite sure why we keep returning to it -- maybe it's a favorite genre of most of the filmmakers, or maybe it's just most practical for working violence/action into -- but for a series like Dr. Frank, I'd prefer to keep the story leaning toward a comedy-horror B-movie tone. Something for everyone.

But this was a good, solid piece of filmmaking. I trust we'll see another good entry from this squad next chapter.
