Well. The images were interesting -- so kudos on the visual style, for taking a step into the abstract and less conventional.
That said, no. I don't believe this is a contender. Plain and simply too obtuse; if you can set aside some of the artistic drive and invest in commercialist conventions next time, you're far more likely to engage and entice the audience. But some of the judges may be more supportive, given the creativity of the work. I'm sure it was technically less simple than propping the camera up and performing for it.
Do give it another go. I think you can be more impressive with the right idea at work.

btw there seems to be a problem ,there is a scen that is sped up where you see april passed out by the jeep thats where the snoring is comming from...idk if you at rootclip can fix that problem or not.
@fungusridden had my xl1 not broke during filming i would have had a much more shall we say "normal " entry but when life gives you lemons ..you win rootclip ...lol...fingers crossed

That was really terrible, no offense. What was the voice singing? I couldn't understand. The animation is crappy and the voices are hard to understand. The plot also goes no where.

I've watch all the movies for this chapter & I've read all your comments. - I see other people have shut you down the nice way. I don't know how old you are, but you sound like some kid under 20 that doesn't have a clue & will learn everything the hard way for a long time. So take some advice -
Walk the walk before you talk the talk ... & don't tell me you think you actually did a great job & believe your going to get all the judges votes. Your- (this) animation is the most amateur of all the entries ... Everyone does an awful job their first time & this (your) animation is awful!

ummmmmmmmmm....this is kind of the way i felt after seeing the latest Indiana Jones
First of all my moms name is also jhonny so suck it . Second this was the first time I ever used an animation program wich I only did due to the fact that my camera lense broke in the process of filming .I think its dame good for a first try. And I'm a director and film maker I don't act or vo in my own things . I'm actually pretty shy when I'm not on the boards . As I look at the score no I'm not in first but I am also not in last and yes I think I could get a judge or 2 !
And my friend daxter says he loves how my age is in question when people are making fun of names . I'm sorry we are not white bread like you guys . Sorry I'm swedish and she's indian and mexican ...racist american elitests
