It was actually a close race and the lead changed a couple of times, but in the end, the judges votes pushed them over the top. Chapter 4 is currently accepting submissions, but the voting begins on Monday at Noon EST, so get your videos in before then. Work hard to really tell the story with your submissions and don't get too caught up in the special effects. It seems that the judges tend to lean toward storytelling as opposed to great cinema. Take some time to read up on the judges comments and find out what they tend to like and dislike. You never know how much it might help.
